Cricket

Gray-Nicolls LogoCricket is a "focus sport" at the College, and as such we provide high quality coaching, excellent facilities, fixtures against strong opposition and regular tours.

The Grade 8 (Under 14A) side go on tour to Port Shepstone in the June holidays each year, and the most senior side (currently U15A) will go on regular national and international tours. In September 2008 we will be embarking on our first overseas tour, to India.

Waterstone College cricket is proudly sponsored by Gray Nicolls, and our cricket patron is Jacques Rudolph of South Africa, the Eagles and Yorkshire.

High School Cricket Results: 1st Term 2010

We are proud of all our high school teams for winning all five games on Saturday 13 February against St Peters, with the Firsts winning by 107 runs and taking their record for the season so far to play 6, won 5, and lost 1 - the Johnny Waite Quarter Final match. They have now lost just one of their last 20 matches since March 2009! <!--break-->
