High Performance Programme

HPP AthletesUJ Sport and Waterstone College - a sporting partnership!

We are extremely excited and proud to announce the first major project in our High Performance Programme, something which has been part of our vision for the College since its inception. We have formed a partnership with the University of Johannesburg's Sports Department, aimed at improving the performance of our leading sportsmen and women, as well as injury prevention and rehabilitation. We believe that this is the first partnership of its kind in this country, and according to our agreement with the Institute, we will be able to offer each of our leading high school sportsmen and women full biokinetic and sports science testing, individualised training and rehabilitation programmes, training sessions and sports psychology sessions.
