Sport is a major part of the life of a learner at Waterstone, as each learner is required to participate in one sport per term.

The following sports are offered at the High School: Athletics (track and field), Badminton, Cricket, Cross Country, Girls & Boys Hockey, Netball, Girls and boys Soccer, Girls & Boys Squash, Swimming, Tennis and Touch Rugby.
